Faculty, staff, and administrators convened at the Knoxville Convention Center, Tuesday through Friday, September 16-19, for Summit 2025. Tuesday and Wednesday events included a slate of workshops on various key topics (including a Financial Wellness Institute in partnership with the Yes We Must Coalition). Nearly 100 Summit concurrent session presentations followed on Thursday morning through Friday mid-afternoon.
Summit moves to Asheville, NC in 2026. More details will follow in the new year. We hope to see you at the Summit!
The ACA Summit brings together faculty, staff, and administrative leaders from across the ACA to engage in ongoing collaboration and to share information and best practices in the ever-evolving effort of preparing students for success. The three-day program showcases outstanding ACA members across a spectrum of teaching, research, and service, and furnishes opportunities to share proven strategies to implement in your own classroom and/or your work at your institution.
One of the greatest strengths of the ACA is the similarity we share across our schools—in our missions, our values, and our profiles as small independent colleges emphasizing student learning—in a shared geographical region.
